The amendments are made to the list of securities comprising the Pawn list of the Bank of Russia
The Directions of the Bank of Russia N 1883-U of August 31,
2007 (document is in Russian) makes amendments to the Directions
of the Bank of Russia N 1482-U of July 28, 2004, in which result
to the Pawn list of the Bank of Russia there shall be included
bonds covered by hypothec of credit companies, which liabilities
shall be secured by governmental guarantees of Russian Federation
entities, but not bonds of credit companies (bonds covered by
hypothec or the bonds, whose size of issue does not exceed the
amount of claims of credit companies under credit contracts
secured by hypothec), which liabilities shall be secured by
governmental guarantees of Russian Federation entities.
There are approved the new Rules of state registration of civil aircrafts of the Russian Federation
The Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation
N 85 of July 2, 2007 (document is in Russian) determines
the procedure for state registration and issue of certificates
on registration of civil aircrafts being subjects for making
flights, keeping the State registry of civil aircrafts of the
Russian Federation, putting amendments in it, issue of certificates
on exclusion of civil aircrafts from the State registry, assignation
of state and registration marks and putting them to civil aircrafts,
putting trade marks to civil aircrafts. We take your notice
that
the Rules shall not be applied in respect of superlight
civil aircrafts of general purpose aviation, meteorological
pilot-balloons and unmanned free balloons.
