Revision
(examination) is prescribed by the head of the Federal Service
for Financial-Budget Supervision or by head of territorial body
of the Federal Service for Financial-Budget Supervision, and
in certain cases - by employees of territorial bodies of the
Federal Service for Financial-Budget Supervision. Decision on
prescribing of revision (examination shall be drawn up by order.
Term of carrying out revision (examination) i. e. date of begging
and date of end of revision (examination) shall not be more
than 45 working days.
There is approved the List of documents and information necessary for customs clearance of goods
The Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia N 536 of
April 25, 2007 (document is in Russian) approves
the List of documents and information necessary for customs
clearance of goods in accordance with chosen customs regime.
The Order establishes that documents necessary for customs clearance
and used in following declaring of goods may be submitted to
customs body once, if it is not established requirement on their
submission as originals at customs clearance in the legislation
of the Russian Federation. When following customs declaration
shall be submitted, information on such documents shall be putted
to inventory of documents with specification of number of that
customs declaration to which they was annexed.
There is approved the Statute on carrying out international exhibitions of samples of production of military purpose as the RF territory and on participation of Russian institutions in such exhibitions at territories of foreign states
The Statute regulates relations between federal executive
authorities and Russian institutions:
at preparation and carrying
out international exhibitions of samples of production of military
purpose as the RF territory as independent or within frameworks
of carrying out salons, exhibitions, conferences, fairs of
production of civil purpose;
at preparation and placing
of Russian expositions of samples of production of military
purpose at international exhibitions of production of military
purpose, salons, conferences carrying out at territories of
foreign states.
