Описание: European company is looking for Mechanical Engineer (reconstruction and start-up of concrete plant).

Work Experience.
Min 3 years work experience as mechanical engineer / site engineer, preferably for medium / large size investment projects in building material (preferably cement) or similar branches of heavy industry. Additional preference for further work experience in design engineering or commissioning of medium / large size investment projects

Missions
Ensure the enforcement of contract in term of safety, quality, cost and planning for all mechanical works.

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitors the Contractor(s) activities in the field of mechanical engineering:
Safety of operations
Contractor method statements
Setting and alignment of mechanical equipment
Installation of equipment
Quality control of locally manufactured equipment
Quality control system of Contractor
Quality of the welds for on site assembly
Interface between equipment and structures
Preparation of equipment for no load tests (inspection, lubrication)
Check the progress of the mechanical erection
Lead the follow up of the no load tests
Participate in monitoring the loads tests
Participate into
Validation of interim payment applications
Anticipating claims and suggesting preventive actions, preparing counter claims
Participate to site weekly meetings
Participate to project monthly meeting on a as needed basis
Participate in the organization of the drawings and documents archiving
Manage the local inspectors
Support permitting process
Participates preparation of investment files.
Means
Usually, he utilizes / being supported by a plant design engineer and draftsman. He is also supported by TC’s expert engineers.
He interacts with the local engineering companies.
He interacts with local authorities for permitting process.
Performance criteria

Quantitative
Compliance to the norms, technical requirements, project design and specifications.
Compliance to project schedule and performances defined for individual projects.

Qualitative
Mechanical engineer graduated from a Russian University
Communication ability in multicultural environment. Good English.
At least 3 years of experience in the cement industry or similar heavy industries
Experience in project environment in Russia (knowledge of suppliers, procedures, permits, contacts to authorities)
