Описание: Strong international production company, one of the leaders in FMCG / Food branch, is looking for Projects Engineer.

Job purpose:
Manage capital engineering projects on-site from construction through regulatory inspection, installation, start-up and commissioning; continue to support local team after start-up in communication on issues, parts, failures and operation; work closely with engineering team to ensure that equipment and processes are within company specification.

Key accountabilities
- Adopt a solid project management approach for innovations and leverage both external and internal expertise to deliver equipment and lay-out improvements.
- Develop and deliver engineering change initiatives in line with the defined strategy to help drive productivity
- Drive value engineering initiatives to reduce capital investments through sourcing used equipment, whilst maintaining equipment standardisation and product KPI’s within process specifications
- Select equipment manufacturers, contractors and external consultants through bid and quality assessment system and negotiate price and payment conditions to ensure best offer
- Brief and coordinate the work of contractors and equipment manufacturers
- Negotiate and influence regulatory agencies to gain agreement that the equipment meets regulatory specifications and thereby procure a licence to import and use the equipment
- Responsible for equipment delivery, installation and start up within agreed time frame and approved budget (KPIs, timing, budget)

Experience:
- First degree or equivalent in an engineering related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years previous process and packaging project management experience, ideally within FMCG environment.
- Excellent understanding and application of business knowledge across the broader business environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels from the floor operator to senior management within the organisation
- Ability to negotiate with owners and senior managers in supply companies
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information
- Organizational and computer skills to track and report progress on major complex projects
- Ability to explain complex technical issues/solutions to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter, self-motivating - able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.
- Fluent English
