Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Acting like HR generalist for Sales department (HR planning, hiring,
compensation & benefits, decisions regarding staff, implementation of
all HR procedures);
Manages a portfolio of Organizational Development projects;
Manages the competency development process:
? Analyzes competency gaps and builds cost-effective learning
solutions, manages the budget;
? Defines company's learning plans with top management;
? Designs and promotes innovative learning solutions and support line
managers to build effective individual development plans, leveraging
various learning strategies and tools;
? Measures and follows-up learning program results and takes
corrective actions;
? Delivers some soft-skills trainings;
Introduces and optimizes the performance evaluation process and tools
and the processes relating to resource planning and career management;
Participates in the performance management and in the career
management processes;
Manages recruitment and induction processes;
Participates in the selection of Managers using a variety of tools
(job descriptions, competency models, varied sources/ networks of
candidates, e-sourcing);
Follows up and supports the implementation of coaching/mentoring
programs at company level;
Understands and prioritizes customer needs, and translates them into
focused HR activities;
Carries out employer branding research and analysis independently;
Works with other departments in designing social responsibility and
employee branding programs;
Qualifications/Experience Required:
University degree (HR, Management, Business Administration);
5-7 years of work experience in Training & Development n companies
with headcount more than 300 employees, preferably FMCG;
Fluent English, Kazakh is preferable;
Confident user of PC (Excel, Power Point)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Team player, good time-management skills;
Knowledge and skills in spheres of organizational development,
budgeting, training and development, performance management, career
development, coaching and mentoring, recruitment and induction,
employer branding and social responsibility;
Training delivery skills
