 1 day ( 22.03.09) 

                                              Arrival of collectives. A meeting to Pyatigorsk, Mininiralniy Vody, Nalchik.

                                              Placing (it is strict under lists of collectives) in hotels.

                           14:00     a dinner

                    15:30     the Survey walking tour «Source NARZAN », lifting on a rope-way on mountains Tcheget,

                                             Azau, station "World"

                          19:00     a supper

                          20:00     Meeting of chiefs of collectives, a meeting with organising committee.

                   21:00      Evening of ACQUAINTANCES - for all participants of festival, an evening Maidan – Holiday NAVRUZ

 

                                            (Navruz is considered the beginning of new year and is tradition based on mutual relations of the person and the nature).

                                    09:30 departure on REHEARSAL (the CREATIVE schedule see)

                                   13:00 WALK, acquaintance to vicinities

                                   14:00 a dinner

                                   17:00 festival OPENING (competitive viewing № 1) on boarding house "Tcheget" scene

                                   20:00 a supper

                           21:00 – 23:00 an evening Maidan (disco) of participants of festival, QUESTIONING

* to the program changes are possible! The definitive variant will be specified for each group in an individual order. On collective arrival on festival the schedule of departures of creative teams and the jury plan on competitive selection of the declared collectives will be granted.

Collectives, ensembles can participate in festival and competition and the soloists using ETHNIC art, working in different genres: the academic, national choruses, vocal ensembles and soloists, choreographic ensembles, soloists of national and classical dance, orchestras and ensembles of string, wind and national instruments, folklore collectives, circus studios, theatres of fashions and others.

During festival the collective has an opportunity to present the competitive program and to receive the diploma. The festival jury consists of honoured workers of culture of Russia, Tatarstan, Kabardin-Balkar, experts in folklore of Turkey, Kipris, Spain .

Within the limits of festival организованна an exhibition-sale it will be national an applied art.

NECESSARILY! In group there should be a native speaker (it concerns the Russian collectives). To prepare speech – the circulation to festival for 3-5 minutes which it is necessary to send after acknowledgement of your sharing by organising committee.

The festival program is calculated for 7 days.

The organising committee budget includes maintenance of creative groups with the following (that is the given services are granted APPROVED * to collectives to 20 persons - free of charge):

- Hotel accommodation of a tourist class of Prielbrusja;

- Three meals a day (a breakfast, a dinner, a supper);

- Bus service during a meeting and collective wires, and also departures on concerts;

- Master classes, creative interchanges, «round tables»;

- Participation in an exhibition-sale is national-applied art;

- Evening discos.

Paid additional services:

- Not APPROVED ** under the budget collectives, and also accompanying persons pay for a complete package of festival services of 7000 roubles (or 1000 roubles a day) per capita; .( 1$ = 30 roubles)

- Payment to Festival movement for ORGANIZATIONAL services of 500 roubles for each participant;

- The instalment for sharing in 1 nomination at COMPETITION: for collective from 15 persons and more - 2000 roubles, groups and ensembles from 5 to 15 persons - 1000 roubles, to 5 persons for each participant of 250 roubles, soloists of 500 roubles.( 1$ = 30 roubles)

The participant of festival is obliged to ensure at own expense:

- Transport to Pyatigorsk, Nalchik, Minvody, if on the transport – to a place of realisation of festival;

- The medical insurance (if mountain-skiing services – the special insurance for tourists of extreme rest are used);

- Notarially certified the consent from both parents for minor children-participants;

- The visa to Russia for foreigners.

Possible additional services:

1.            Additional days of residing both for participants of festival, and for accompanying persons.

Into cost enters: residing and a food (accounting it is represented under the additional demand), the prices from the service provider.

2.            Excursions (the guides accompanying in mountains experts).

APPROVED * (budgetary) PARTICIPANTS - to collectives, groups and soloists the 7-day festival package is granted free of charge, for the account of sponsors and the budget of organising committee of festival. By invitation dispatch by mail, such sharing affirms as an envelope with "the live" press and the signature of the chairman of organising committee.

Not APPROVED ** (commercial) ALL - to accompanying persons, parents, friends, and also collectives, groups and the soloists мdeclared after December, 20th, the 7-day festival package is granted платно, but for a wholesale price (т.е.со by the discount).
