POSITION

The responsible organizer and technical maintenance of the project: Festival movement "Sayar" (Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, Russia) http://www.festivales.ucoz.ru

The goals and intentions of Festival:

  •     Strengthening of mutual understanding and friendly communications between people of Russia and other countries of the world in the name of the world and a good neighboring countries.
  •     Support and development of original creations.
  •     Exchange of experience and art achievements of creative groups of Russia and other countries of the world.
  •     Preservation and continuity of cultural traditions of people of the different countries of the world.
  •     Formation of aesthetic taste at executors on examples of the best samples of art creativity of children and youth of the various countries of the world.
  •     Increase of an art level of repertoire of groups and mastery of participants by results of competitive selection of the best samples of art creativity.
  •     Increase of a professional level of manager of groups.
  •     Development of interethnic, inter-regional and international communications in the field of art creativity of children and youth.
  •     Expansion of an outlook and intellectual level of children and youth of the different countries.
  •     Acquaintance to culture, art and life of people living in territory of the Russian Federation and other countries of the world.
  •     Creation of an atmosphere of a bright creative holiday.

Time and place the Festival will take place:

Festival - competition « ALTIN MAYDAN - Elbrus» is spent annually in various regions of Russia and other countries of the world. Dates and places of carrying out of Festival will be discussed with the additional agreement.

The maintenance and conditions of carrying out of Festival:

Participants in the Festival can be groups and the separate executors, who preliminary submitted application forms for participation in the festival program.

By results of competitive preliminary viewing (it will be independent observers) and selection (the jury which will consider opinion of observers) are defined winners in following nominations:

  •     Choreography;
  •     Vocal – solo, groups, ensembles;
  •     Musical creativity;
  •     Applied genres – art, graphic creativity, national-applied skill

Winners receive personal invitations from representatives of the International and World festivals in Turkey for participation in their actions on a budgetary basis.

Age categories: Age categories which are defined according to the accepted applications take part in competition of  all ages.

Awards of competition: Owner Gran-Pri, Winners of three degrees, Students of festival. – to participants of festival-competition prizes and diplomas from founders of festival, organizers and sponsors of festival will be handed over to all groups.

The competitive program of each group should not exceed 7 minutes. The participants acting in several nominations have the right to give only 1 number in each nomination. In all genres in categories "small forms" (solo, the duet, a trio) can be presented on 2 numbers (no more than 3 minutes) from each participant.

Except for participation in the competitive program, groups take part in actions on concert platforms of the specified country where it is possible to present your personal performance (no more than 30 minutes).

Jury of competitive programs

The structure of jury defines Organizing committee of festival.

Besides the structure of jury will include directors of prestigious International festivals  and others under the recommendation of the Technical organizer of festival.
 
Conditions of reception and residing of participants

Requirements of festival:

  •     Group up to 20 participants and 2 leaders;
  •     The Group necessarily should have with themselves their national flags (small flags  by the number of participants and 2 large flags with the group), books, cards, brochures and other attributes telling about your nationality. This is necessary for the organization of exhibitions and meetings. 

Conditions of reception:

  • Conditions of residing can be discussed for each group individually;
  •     Each group is attached to one of educational establishments of area which will organize for them excursion and cognitive programs;
  •     There will be 3 meals in a day. (in a place of residing);
  •     Health services of group during festival;
  •     Transport service of group during festival;

Additional charges of collective (due to the  sponsor of your group):

  •     Travel expenses (going there and back);
  •     Medical insurance, the visa – for foreign citizens;
  •     15 euro from each person to “Sayar” agency( rysaeva@mail.ru ).
