Second Announcement

1. General Information.

The International Mathematical Conference on occasion 70th anniversary of Professor Vladimir Kirichenko will take place on June 13-19, 2012 in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. The Conference is organized jointly by Institute of Mathematics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, V.O. Sukhomlynsky Mykolaiv National University.

2. Organizing Committee

Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the conference is Professor V.D. Budak, Rector of V.O. Sukhomlynsky Mykolaiv National University.

3. Topical Sections

The conference will include the following topical sections:

5. Groups and Algebraic Dynamics

9. Theory and practice of sciences teachers training
10. Mathematical methods in the physics

4. Talks

We plan plenary talks (45 min), section talks (25 min) and short communications (15 min). The official languages of the conference are Ukrainian, Russian and English.

5. Registration and Abstracts

Persons interested in participating in the conference are kindly asked to register as well as to send till April 15, 2012 one page abstract in English, Russian or Ukrainian, which should be prepared in LaTeX according to the template attached to the letter. Also you can download the template from the website in the section ``Useful information''.

The registration fee is 100 EURO (for accompanying persons 50 EURO). The registration fee for Ukrainian citizens is 300 UAH (150 UAH for accompanying persons, students, postgraduate students). The registration fee is to be paid upon arrival in Mykolaiv. The fee covers organization costs: abstracts, coffee-breaks and cultural program. We regret that travel and daily expenses cannot be paid by the Organizing Committee.

6. Deadlines

The deadline for registration and sending abstract is April 15, 2012.

7. Passport and Visa Requirements

Please inform us if you need an official invitation from the Organizing Committee. The official invitation from the Organizing Committee is generally not enough to obtain the visa. You can get the visa through a tourist company or through a Ukrainian Embassy nearest to you. Please apply for your visa in advance, keeping in mind that a waiting time may be lengthy.

8. Insurance

The Organizing Committee does not provide insurance for travel to and/or from the meeting location and a week's stay there. It is therefore the responsibility of the participants to take care of their travel and health insurance as necessary.

9. Preliminary Conference program

Detailed program will be announced later.
June 13: arrival day, registration at the Mech-Math building of Mykolaiv National University.
June 14: Opening ceremony (10.00), plenary talks, Welcome party (18.00).
June 15: plenary and section talks.
June 16: an excursion to Olvia, the Ancient Greek colony. http://www.olvia.info/
June 17: free day, Conference dinner (18.00).
June 18: plenary and section talks.
June 19: Closing ceremony.

10. Travel

By railway. There is direct railway connection of Mykolaiv with Odessa, Kyiv, Moscow.
By air. Since there is no airport in Mykolaiv, you can choose Kyiv or Odessa as a change point for the train or bus.
