Система компьютерной алгебры GAP: Recent advances in Geometric Group Theory



This is the second announcement for the forthcoming workshop "Recent advances in
Geometric Group Theory" at the University of Southampton, UK, June 29th-July 1st, 2011. Registration is now open and can be accessed via the webpage,

The closing date for the registration is June 1st and the closing date for applications for financial
support from young mathematicians is May 13th.

This will be a short 3-day workshop held at the University of Southampton. The
workshop will focus on various topics in geometric group theory, setting aside
sufficient time for individual discussion and research activity. The principal

The prospective participants will be asked to register on the above webite in
due course, but can register their interest in the meanwhile via email.

We are also be able to offer limited funds to support, in terms of travel and
accommodation, researchers early in their career. Those interested should
