Hearing on Hindu temple demolition case is postponed to October 28th

Hearing on the case of demolition of the only Hindu Temple in Kazakhstan is postponed to Tuesday, October 28th 10 AM. The advocate of the members of the Hindu religion requested the court to provide him with additional documents for studying and to shift the hearing.

A court in Kazakhstan decided on 23 October to hand a confiscated Hare Krishna farm near the commercial capital Almaty from the regional authority's ownership into the hands of the man who originally sold it in 1999.
