Challenge supplier practices to encourage their provision of innovative solutions. - Making internal and external players sign up to the Company purchase plan. Spread purchasing culture and methods internally. Draw up a communication plan about Purchasing to attract the best talents. Define and coordinate lobbying actions on the market to attract the best suppliers and harness their innovations.
