Personal income tax: taxation of income, as a reward for the commission of an  action outside the territory of the Russian Federation


The Letter of the Ministry of the Finance N   03-04-06/6-63, from March, 16, 2012 has clarified the following:
The reward, which is paid by a Russian organization to an individual for the commission of an  action outside the territory of the Russian Federation, is considered now as foreign source income. If these rewarded individuals are not tax residents of the Russian Federation, at this case they are not taxpayer of Personal income tax for the income, received from the sources outside the territory of the Russian Federation and the confirmation of the residence of the foreign country is not needed
 

Federal rules of aviation “Organization of air space use planning” are approved

 

Federal rules of aviation, mentioned above, were signed into law by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia N 6 from January, 16, 2012, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia of March, 23, 2012 N 23577. Rules are binding for air-traffic service bodies (air management) and air space users.
