of the Russian Federation, deputies of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation and federal ministers must be citizens of the Russian Federation and they don't have not only citizenship of a foreign state, but residence permit or other document confirming the right on permanent residence of citizens of the Russian Federation at the territory of a foreign state.

bodies of the Federal treasury by subdivisions of settlement network of the Bank of Russia and credit institutions (branches) of territorial bodies of the Federal treasury on the basis of agreements of banking account, under conditions of opening by administrators of sources of internal (external) financing of budget deficit, chief administrators, administrators and receivers of budget funds, as well as financial bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation (municipal formations) where is were opened personal
accounts to budget receivers. So, it is established the procedure for drawing up settlement and cash documents, on which basis banks shall provide operations with accounts of bodies of the Federal treasury.
The amendments are maid to the Provisions of the Bank of Russia "On the Procedure of Performance of Cash Operations in Credit Institutions on the Territory of the Russian Federation"

of submission of document confirming payment of state duty for receiving of the license is putted to the provision on licensing of certain kinds of activity. So, this Decree cancels a number of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
