ASSISTANT COOK PASTRY - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH/ SALARY $800 (NON TIPPING POSITION)

COOK TOURNANT - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH/ SALARY $1300 (NON TIPPING POSITION)

COOK PASTRY - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH/ SALARY $1100 (NON TIPPING POSITION)

SOUS CHEF* - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH/ SALARY $2400 (NON TIPPING POSITION)

HEAD BARTENDER* - Contract lenght 6 months, salary $500 + tips (in total approximately $2000 per month and up) - ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE PREFERRED

F&B ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – contract length 6 months, salary $1084 per month (non-tipping position). Excellent Computer skills and have to be able to pass computer skills assessment online.

CELLAR COORDINATOR* (who will grow into Wine Tender position with RCI) - Contract lenght 6 months, Salary $500.00 + tips (approximately $1500.00 and up)

  • Inventory control methods, the candidate will have to understand stock handling and how charging procedures affects the inventories
  • Team work, they are heavily involved with other parts of the F&B team and also need to have a strong report to the upper management
  • Planning, looking ahead for upcoming events and being able to communicate expected consumption trends
  • Wine tasting, they will have to conduct a minimum of 1 wine tasting per voyage

SOMMELIER* – CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTHS/ SALARY $1500 (TIPPING POSITION) - ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE NEEDED

SHORE EXCURSIONS ASST MANAGER - Contract length 6 months, tipping position with approx $1800 per month. Experienced, outgoing, sales motivated personality. Multiple languages preferred.

CLEANER – Contract length 8 months. Salary $566 (non-tipping position). English and basic cleaning knowledge is required.

POOL ATTENDANT - Contract length 8 months. Salary $583 (non-tipping position). English and basic cleaning knowledge is required. Able to swim.

ASSISTANT STATEROOM ATTENDANT (MALES ONLY)* - Contract length 6 months, Salary $50.00 +tips, which totals to $1,300 and up per month

INTERNATIONAL HOST/ESS - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH / SALARY $2200 PER MONTH (NON TIPPING POSITION) - FLUENT ORAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, AND SPANISH

YOUTH COUNCELOR (SEASONAL) - CONTRACT LENGTH 5 MONTH / SALARY $1288 PER MONTH (NON TIPPING POSITION)

DISK JOCKEY - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH / SALARY $1800 PER MONTH

AV OPERATOR - LIGHT/SOUND. Contract Length 6 months, salary 2400$, non-tipping position.

BROADCAST TECHNICIANS. Contract Length 6 months, salary $1900, non-tipping position.

ACTIVITIES STAFF - CONTRACT LENGTH 6 MONTH/ SALARY $1700, ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE NEEDED

SPORTS STAFF - Contract Length 6 months, salary $1700, non-tipping position.

CRUISE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR - Contract Length 6 months, salary $1820, non-tipping position.

CRUISE STAFF - Contract length 6 months, salary $1560, non-tipping position.

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER - Contract length 6 months, salary $1800, non tipping position. Candidate must have hospitality experience at least 2 years in 4 or 5 start hotel/resort. English and other core language is requirement.

HK SUPERVISORS - Contract length 6 months, salary is $50, tipping position with approx. earnings $2200-2500 per month.

DECK SUPERVISORS* with F & B shipboard experience are required.

Candidate will be reporting to Executive Housekeeper and supervising pool butlers. Actually responsible for the opening, maintaining and closing pool decks. Pool butlers besides maintaining pool deck will be passing snacks, canapes and attending to guest's needs. Carrier path for the candidate can be in both departments: Housekeeping and F & B. It could be great opportunity for the very outgoing Waiter. Social skills are must as candidate will spend all the time around the guests. See below an overview of the relevant details and position description:

- One deck supervisor per ship; will report to the chief housekeeper, with a dotted line to the F&B manager
- Will oversee approximately 8 or 9 pool butlers
- 6/2 contract; shared berth
- Company will pay joining ticket, and return tickets
- Salary is $50 monthly, and they will participate in the supervisors gratuity pool (potential earnings are between $2,300-$2,700 per month
- Second interview with Operations required.
