Очень важное правило.

When these expressions are followed by a verb, the verb ends
in- ing.

/HAVE/ DIFFICULTY...
I had difficulty finding a place to live. Did you have any
difficulty getting a visa? People often have difficulty reading my
writing. Remember that we say: DIFFICULTY --not difficulties.
I,m sure you'll have no difficulty passing the exam.
You can also say /have/ difficult IN- ing.

fishing, go sightseeing.
- How often do you go swimming? I'm going skiing next year.

I’ll lend it to you when I have

Из школьного учебника вы знаете, что это время употребляется, когда
«момент говорения совпадает с моментом действия».
Но не только так.
Почитайте правило.
We use CONTINUOUS about something, which
is happening around, the
time of speaking, but not necessary exactly at the time of
speaking.
Сделайте самостоятельно:
1. Can I speak to Johny?- No, you cannot
speak to him now. He
( to have) breakfast now.
2. Can I take this magazine? - No, I ( to
read) it now.
3. What are they talking about?- They
