Things-исчисляемое существительное
4. There is nothing in the cup.
В чашке ничего нет. У нас 2 отрицания, в английском языке –только одно.
5. I want to tell you something .
6. I have some money in my pocket.
7. There is too much sugar in my coffee.
Sugar-сахар. Неисчисляемое существительное
8. I have few relatives in Moscow.
Relatives- родственники. Few, a few употребляется с исчисляемыми существительными.
9. Nobody knows the rule. You must learn it.
Никто не знает правило. Вы должны его выучить.
Подсказкой здесь является второе предложение. Возьмите за правило смотреть дополнительное предложение, если оно есть, рядом с тем, в котором надо выполнить задание.
10. Are there many students among your friends?
11. I have no time to go to the cinema.
А теперь следующие предложения для самостоятельной работы:

The capital- столица, всегда с the.
The largest- превосходная степень прилагательного перед существительным.
