 У нас работать плохо и тяжело.

Начнем с того, что мы - это маленькая компания, которая имеет кучу амбиций, и собирается вырасти в 5 раз за 2010 год. Уже этого достаточно, чтобы не идти работать к нам. Чем руководствуются эти ненормальные владельцы в своих планах - не ясно. Но они нашли несколько крупных проектов, это факт.

Постоянно приходится участвовать в проектах, не расслабишься. Причем, руководство компании находит клиентов, которые хотят решения разных сложных, нестандартных задач. Сами посудите: вчера ты делал проект интеграции 1С:Бухгалтерии с Web-системой, сегодня занимаешься автоматизацией небольшого консервного завода, а завтра грозятся послать автоматизировать бюджетный учет в институте. Никакого спокойствия, никакой стабильности. Да, и еще - компания постоянно залезает в новые области, вот и на 8.2 уже проекты стартуют.

Далее - на каждого сотрудника возлагается ответственность за работу, которую он делает. В своей части работы - он царь и бог. Разве это нормально? Никто не скажет - делать "так и только так". Спрашиваешь - а тебе руководитель  направления говорит: "А сам ты что думаешь? Так? Ну что ж, ты в этом хорошо разбираешься, считаешь так - давай делать так". В общем, решения приходится принимать постоянно.

От каждого человека ожидают, что он будет универсальным солдатом. И архитектуру продумать должен, и реализовать, и даже (о ужас!) с клиентом встречу организовать, пообщаться, проект презентовать, вопросы решить. Правда, помогают, конечно. А если кто не универсал - так начинают развивать в тех направления, где ты слаб. Нет бы в покое оставить. И тут - самое ужасное - обучение.

У руководства компании есть бзик по поводу обучения - мол, это инвестиции в развитие компании. То внутренний семинар устроят (и сами выступают на всякие темы, а то еще и сотрудников заставляют готовиться и выступать), то на обучение отправят, то на экзамены. Так и говорят - "если не хочешь учиться, не наш ты, мол, человек".

Теперь про финансы. Хорошо, хоть деньги туда нести не надо (как в секту). Заработную плату выдают, стабильно. 60 тысяч рублей за позицию "программист-аналитик". Говорят, расти можно, говорят, даже есть требования к каждой позиции - что надо знать и уметь, в каких проектах поучаствовать, какие экзамены сдать, чтобы на следующую позицию перейти.

Если чего не успеваешь сделать - ожидают от тебя, что ты на выходных будет наверстывать, или вечером сидеть (причем не заставляют - надеются на твою сознательность). И ведь находятся странные люди - и правда, сидят, разбираются, сроки догоняют. Правда, если надо поболеть без справки, или родственников с поезда встретить, или еще какой домашний форс-мажор, можно обо всем договориться, это, пожалуй, единственный плюс.

В общем, если вдруг захотите таких проблем на свою голову, обращайтесь.
