Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management is designed to
promote theory and research on important substantive and methodological
topics in the field of human resources management. A volume is published
each year including papers on issues of cutting edge importance by some
of the very best scholars in the field. It is considered to be one of
the most respectable publications in the field of human resources
management and acts as a primary resource to both individuals and
libraries.

The Human Resource Management Review is a quarterly journal devoted to
the publication of scholarly conceptual/theoretical articles pertaining
to human resource management and allied fields (e.g. organizational
behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, labor relations).
Meta-analytical reviews that make a conceptual/theoretical contribution
are also appropriate. It will focus on issues of function and process,
preferably addressed at the micro (i.e., individual and group) level.
However, the Review will also consider papers at the macro
(organizational and societal) level of analysis. Its purpose is to
provide a forum for ideas that will stimulate and lead to empirical
research, as well as for the critical examination of existing concepts,
models, and frameworks. Subject areas considered appropriate include,
but are not limited to, personnel selection, compensation, performance
appraisal, attraction and retention, training and development, human
resource applications of computer technology, and human resource
planning.

The purpose of the International Journal of Research in Marketing (IJRM)
is to provide a high-quality medium, through which both developments in
marketing theory and thought and results of empirical research can be
communicated to those active in marketing research as well as those
wishing to be informed about progress in the field. IJRM aims to
contribute to the body of knowledge about research in marketing by
performing an integrative function, publishing theoretical and empirical
articles from all countries and with different disciplinary approaches.
IJRM covers the entire area of marketing: profit as well as non-profit
marketing, consumer behaviour, product decisions, pricing marketing
communication, marketing channels, strategic marketing planning,
industrial marketing, international marketing etc. Methodological
subject areas to be covered are, for example, the philosophical basis of
marketing theory and research, the confrontation of different research
traditions, and theoretical reflections on the nature, scope, and
boundaries of marketing. Special attention will be paid to topics such
as comparative marketing, cross-cultural aspects of marketing, the
relationship between government and marketing, and marketing and
society.

The Public Relations Review is the oldest journal devoted to articles
that examine public relations in depth. Most of the articles are based
on empirical research undertaken by professionals and academics in the
field. Each issue contains half-a-dozen major articles, notes on
research in brief, book reviews, and precis of new books in the fields
of public relations, mass communications, organizational communications,
public opinion formations, social science research and evaluation,
marketing, management and public policy formation.
