Зачем люди уходят в тайгу, залезают в дебри Амазонки, проводят месяцы на полярных станциях, совершают переходы по пустыням?… Этот вопрос давно интересовал меня, и даже не с той точки зрения, что они лишают себя каких-то благ цивилизации, и отходят от привычного образа своей вялотекущей жизни, а с ракурса поиска несколько потерянной, но, тем не менее, абсолютно необходимой связи с природой. Неизвестная сила тянет нас туда, некоторые поддаются ей, некоторые упорно сопротивляются. Я в числе первых.
